I've been HYPED for this Bloodborne and Dark souls souls like game a long time since before gamescom 2023 where this game was one of BIGGEST sponoried games. Lies of P world city of Krat looks beautiful, main character with metal hand looks interesting it's like a full metal alchemist and villain designes looks awesome, it's so nice this is coming tomorrow yay. 🏰🗡🦾🔥

For those who didn't play the demo: The deflection works like Sekiro's, it doesn't disbalance the enemy for a riposte like in BB.

Standard block: recoverable hp loss (easy but costly)
Perfect guard: no hp loss and build enemy's nonvisible stagger meter. eg. When the Watchman boss does a chain attack, chain deflections are needed.

This is the core part of the game and everything else is built around it. The nerfed roll during lock on is to encourage deflection/

It's more immersive to play with the rapier.

so Cricket - normal difficulty ; bastard - hard difficulty ; sweeper - easier difficulty

No matter difficulty its still hard
But choose the first class its easier and fast and u can farm pretty Early to lvl up im lvl 20+

Nothing beats Bloodborne!

You can buy all of the starter weapons at the first merchant in the game if anyone is struggling with the move sets

You see....walk of the bastard.....very difficult and will find yourself taking more damage!!!! But still such a fun game!!!

Looking at comments, looks like the choice ultimately doesn't matter. The demo really got me to try these games again, and an online community told me Elden Ring would be the best of the games to start with to figure out what playstyle I'd prefer. Honestly, didn't get far enough to decide, but I'm hoping you can switch fairly easily if you want instead of rewriting or doing 3 separate saves.

The start class always matter cause you are leaning to a side with loots of points thrown into it only a brain dead will say it doesn’t matter if anything you grind more if you switch up going from strength to dex so for grind time it matters
