There is a possibility to fill a drop down list from an Excel file in Powerapps and send the selection to Sharepoint list?

this is not the way you are supposed to set these forms up. you should use the sharepoint integration method from inside ms list at top where says integrate. This will make a different type of app specifically for this function

network error when using patch function, field title is required? even though I filled out my title field it still says that.. not sure why

How to send email on the submission to assignee?

Is there a way where users can edit a pasty entry? For example they already entered a project and wants to edit that part entry? Also if they want to submit multiple projects?
