Does this set layer in-points to fractions of frames? It seemed like all the layers were snapping to nearest whole frame number? That'd be a deal breaker for me. Would be great to see this implemented for selected keyframes as well.

I would love skew, but I do LONG video animations. Is there a way to make skew work with in/out points instead of clip start?

As much as I think this is awesome- which it is... WHY isn't it a default feature of AE? Especially the auto scale vertical layers feature. I always though... why isn't there something like this? It's not NEW software... the UX for adobe products is shockingly bad.
