What is the wealth gap? That number has more to do with quality of life for those persons at the lower end of the earning sample. For instance rent is based on median income but a huge wealth gap means more of the income is going to rent. For example in New York over 120% of income goes to rent, which means almost everyone relays on rental assistance
ОтветитьIt's Win uh muck a not win uh mooka.
Mesquite is like mus keet, not mess keet. Must be an AI narration. 👎
Someone explain how a person with a median income of $82,000 can afford an average home price of $500,000 and up? What is the secret to owning a half million dollar house with a 7% mortgage rate earning $82,000 a year on average???🤔
ОтветитьI'm leaving Florida for Neveda tired of the hurricanes every year
ОтветитьHow can anyone take this guy seriously when he can't even pronounce the correct names of towns.
ОтветитьThis to text-to-speech bot can't even pronounce all of the names correctly. Garbage.
ОтветитьWhat is Winnemooka???
ОтветитьI HAVE A CITYFHEPS CAN TRANSFER TO WHERE IN WHAT PART IN THIS VIDEO?
ОтветитьYour computer narration lost me at grab your cowboy hat and WinnaMOOOca!
ОтветитьThis list should have included Carson City & Fernley & EXCLUDED Las Vegas.& Henderson. At least the list didn't include Area 51.
Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada
Completely neglected to mention that the weather in Reno is 4-seasons, with no extremes in summer or winter + we don't have hurricanes, tornados, floods, earthquakes, or landslides.
Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada
I’ve lived in northern Nevada my entire life and have never seen a cockroach.
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention Boulder city great place to live
ОтветитьPronounced,...Win-a-" muck"-a!
Ответитьyou forgot to mention Palomino valley outside of sparks mostly 40 acre parcels
ОтветитьI'm calling Bullshit on EVERY COUNT of this nauseating clown show. What an inaccurate waste of film. Pronouncing Winnemucca wrong will get this narrator strung up by the ankles. Tied to the tow package of a Ram Cummins Diesel 3500 dually. And. Dragged down the desert 80 or 95. In a real hurry. Left for the wildlife to feast on what remains. Until the filthy carcass is picked dry. For the wild hogs to pick through.
Why would I want to live in Mesquite. When a MUCH MORE FAMILY FRIENDLY TOWN. 45 Minutes through the Gorge exists? By the way. That town is FAR MORE REASONABLE to live in. MUCH SAFER, too.
With the exception of Fallon...
Nevada ain't a place any reasonable human being would want to subject themselves to the high crime rate. High Rents EVERYWHERE. Low home ownership. VERY LOW JOB OPPORTUNITIES. EPIDEMIC HOMELESSNESS throughout Nevada. Not including Vegas. And. Reno. Stay the hell out from Nevada. If you have any level of Biblical Common Sense about you. The zombie apocalypse starts in Nevada.
Best advice. STAY OUT FROM NEVADA. Preserve your sanity.
nice video , great job.
ОтветитьLived in Reno and Vegas. Prefer the Vegas area more. Reno is nice to visit
ОтветитьGreat video I’m moving to Las Vegas in 6 months
ОтветитьDont forget about the big cockroach problem here! We have 2 (or four) different species of roaches. One of which flies. (Found that out one day when it was on my front door!) Healthcare is terrible. And I mean bad! Make sure you work from home if you move here because you will wait months to work unless you want to work in a casino. If you are looking to make new friends here, it probably wont happen unless they are through your job. Neighbors keep to themselves. If you feel isolated where you living now, you will feel more that way moving out here. There are good parts to living here too, but just know its a very "empty" vibe out here. Visit for a week or at least 4 days before making your decision to move here. Real estate agents are nice and somewhat honest but they wont tell you everything. But they will do a very good job at "selling vegas" and the lifestyle to you. When you look around outside your hotel at some of the many displaced looking people here that look "down and out", remember that they are telling you a story about what its really like living there. Oh and last but not least, the scammer HOAs out here. They dont do anything about keeping your neighborhood clean (unless you live in summerlin) but will nit pick you about everything! I would suggest moving either out of the country, texas, AZ, or florida. Anywhere but nevada.
ОтветитьAre you trying to get people killed? Sparks, Elco....really? Have you ever stepped a foot in Navada? I hope you realized you showed a drone shot of a burnt out business in being of video.
ОтветитьNOT "NE-VAH-DAH"!
Ответитьbest place is not near my home
ОтветитьToo many mistakes to take this seriously!!!!!!
ОтветитьAwful video. Mispronounced cities and incorrect footage for most locations. This is what happens when AI takes over.
ОтветитьI am a 40 year resident of Nevada and worked for the Governor's Office for 13 years so I know a lot about Nevada The narration of this video needs a lot of corrections. First, the announcer did not know how to properly pronounce Nevada, Winnemucca, or Pahrump. He then stated that Winnemucca is the gateway to the Black Rock Desert. Winnemucca is 100 miles east of the Black Rock Desert on a very bad dirt road. Gerlach is the gateway to the Black Rock Desert. He mentioned that Elko was "sparsely populated". Elko has a population of 20,000 and Spring Creek, a few miles south of Elko, has a population of 15,000. I would not define a metro area of 35,000 people as sparsely populated. For the Sparks area, he said that the Spanish Springs area was on the Eastern Side; it actually on the north side of Sparks. He said that the D'Andrea Ranch area was in North Sparks; it is in East Central Sparks. Someone who knows Nevada should go through this video narration with the authors so people do not laugh at the obvious mistakes.
ОтветитьMy suggestion is to learn how to pronounce things like Yosemite. But I think this is a robot channel and I am sad because it could have been a good channel otherwise.
ОтветитьWinnemUcca? LOL.
ОтветитьWinnemooka, really?
ОтветитьI've lived in the Reno/sparks area all my life. This is a terrible video
ОтветитьWinnemooocca, Toiyaaab national forest, oh and it’s close to Yosemight 😂😂😂‼️
ОтветитьPahrump - Close to Vegas is also a place worth considering. It is near the Death Valley Park - CA. Plenty to do & can go nuts in Vegas which is an hour's drive. Lots of Old Ghost Towns & old Borax Mines. The lowest point BADWATER ( close - to 285 Ft below Sea level ).
ОтветитьI moved to Anthem Henderson in 2017 and still loving it. I want noise, food, and party the strip is 20 min. Away and I can come back to quiet and peace in Henderson.
ОтветитьYeah, but the Californians have screwed up Nevada bad, Las Vegas is becoming way too expensive because of the incoming Californians. Also, greedy bastards' tax accessors in this city are raising property taxes at ridiculous percentages every year. NV energy more greedy scumbags charge an arm and a leg for energy here. HOA organization are a bunch of scumbags too sticking their nose in on what you do with your house; not to mention they freeload charge you $150 a year for doing nothing.
ОтветитьElko is the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьU FORGOT PAHRUMP ,,,,NV LOL,,,,,,
ОтветитьYou're clearly not from Nevada. Minden Gardnerville and Carson City is by far the top 3. 30 min or less to Tahoe..30 min more or less time the airport and 3.5 hours to the pacific ocean.
ОтветитьThe info is questionable at best. In Reno, the median rent $1250?
Sure, if you live in a studio or a dumpy 1bedroom apartment.
Most of nevada is dry and ugly.
?Fallon or Fernly… total dump, way out in the middle of the ugly ass desert.
Do not move here. The traffic is horrible, they don’t have the infrastructure and roads to handle this population boom. But apparently that doesn’t matter because everywhere there is construction and new developments.
With the climate changing, it’s going to even be hotter/drier/windy in summer, and colder/dry/windy. It doesn’t USUALLY snow much, but, because it’s so cold here, what snow that does fall stays around longer and your driving around on ice. The cost of living keeps going up here.
A school teacher could not afford to live comfortably here. In fact, there is no way they could afford a place for a family. That’s a problem. Stay away, you’ll prob hate it as much asmindo
I lived in Reno, Carson City for 20 years. Fuck Nevada.
ОтветитьYou butchered Winnemucca and Yosemite.
Ответитьhelp pleeze on a budget can i find ➡️safe place 1 hour away from las vegas/ Henderson house 3 bedroom2 bath garage brick for 375k * have good credit and could be a vet loan since im a vet
ОтветитьHire a real person to do the narration please.
ОтветитьIf you’re going to make a video on my state of Nevada would you please make sure to learn how to pronounce the different cities! Also, you missed a shit load of information on every single place especially Mesquite!!!! You also left out Moapa Valley!
ОтветитьO país de vcs tá secando 😢 ficando sem água!
Ответитьsir, i love las vegas but it doesnt have 2 million people, its more like 700k
ОтветитьHow did he get those palm trees in reno? and make north valleys look like Pebble Beach?
ОтветитьThe first mispronounced town of "Winnemooca" was enough. Nope.
ОтветитьI choose Handerson for our move!
ОтветитьI would rather live in Las Vegas😊
Greetings from Brazil🇧🇷
I lived in Carson City and that’s my favorite. It’s a very homey place to live.
