What if i have had surgery but it has bulged again?
ОтветитьShould you do these exercises daily or every other day
ОтветитьThank you for the thorough explanation of the disc and the cause and effect. So many professionals only tell you what to do, but not why you should do it! That’s why you get a like and subscribe! 👍🏽
ОтветитьThank you it was very helpful
ОтветитьGreat content it helped my pain by decompression
ОтветитьIn your video for better hip mobility there are a few exercises where you bring your legs over to one side while lying on your back. I’m trying to heal a bulged disk. Should I avoid these stretches? Thanks, Jared. Your videos are invaluable ❤
ОтветитьI’ve been searching awhile for help, my pain is on the right side of my back kinda in the upper part. Back feels like there’s a stick in back, pain travels all the way to bottom of foot on some days. Notice yesterday while laying on back, I can’t even do a bridge pose, feel pain in both buttocks. Once told it’s facet joint syndrome, then stenosis, all I know is been living with it for years. Can’t walk far without a cane and can’t stand long periods at a time. I’ve learned to live with it.
ОтветитьI have two bulging discs and have an inversion table but I get more relief decompressing laying on my stomach off the side of the bed I saw in another video Dr. Jared had. For me the relief was instant.
ОтветитьVery very helpful video... I have a question... Which one do you prefer to me ... Heat bag or an ice pad
ОтветитьI get lower back pain and ciartic nerve and get numbness when I try to walk and I can't even stand for more than 30 mins without resting . I need help
ОтветитьI am curious if it's possible to fix a disc bulge without surgery. Not just talking about the pain. I am a 35 year old female. Most females have a little dip above their butt. I haven't had one since I was 16. Mine looks different. I have an uneven tailbone and a bulge in my lower back. Just wondering if the only way to fix this is surgery? Obviously it's painful I can't even lay flat on my back because my tailbone makes contact with the floor and nearly paralyzes me. I hate it.
ОтветитьA doctor explained that the spinal fluid cannot relocate and the immune system sends certain antibodies to eat it and the process usualy take 6 weeks.
Ответитьis it "normal" that after a disc bulge from 8 years ago, i still have a chronic lower back pain until today? while hanging helps a bit, it never resolve the core of the problem... will my lower back ever get to normal again?
ОтветитьI have bulge disc in L4/L5 since 5 months. No back pain. Numbness on left feet. There was a severe pain and now it cured. still Suffering numbness. Are these excercise will help me
ОтветитьHi, exercise 1 and 3 kind of pushing the disc the opposite way, right?. So, how do i know which side of my disc is bulging and whether lumbar traction of extension is right for me. Thanks
ОтветитьOne question can disc bulge heal without surgery
ОтветитьLove the face shadow!
ОтветитьEssentrics tv fixed my herniations.. after years of trying everything else

ОтветитьThank you so much, I’m teary eyes as I am struggling with this since I fell and sprained my ankle and some days it can be very challenging.
ОтветитьThanks for this efficient breakdown. I suffer from the side lean and the chiropractor helps, but I was looking for something that works in the meantime. ❤
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответитьdo these four exercises have to be done at the same time? please answer my question, i want to try
ОтветитьIn addition to bulged discs, I also have SI dysfunction. My chiropractor kept "unblocking" my SI joint so my pelvis is in neutral position. The goal was to stabilize the neutral position of the pelvis. Would you still recommend the exercises in my case?
I have been suffering since 3 years. I think my SI dysfunction was the cause for getting bulged discs in the first place due to imbalanced muscle usage.
I have a disc bulge exactly as you showed in your intro. And i was told i need a surgery and am totally against that,i will do this exercise hopefully i will get better
ОтветитьI have a question, i'm doing some exercises (not all of these in your video) every morning for about 10 minutes, and I'm okay for the rest of the day, and i don't feel any pain, but sometimes occasionally when i do one bad move and suddenly the pain comes back, i don't know Why I'm not recovering completely and be able to do some fast sudden moves like, i like to go back to gym or play football again but i think besides that i don't feel pain for most of the days, my disc is on the edge
ОтветитьThis is so good, clear and concise. It is what my physical therapist told me and more. Thank you very much.
ОтветитьThe one where you lean hips to side- which side so you push hips to? My pain is left side.
ОтветитьDoes these exercises work for bulge in L3-s1 as well
Ответитьi have popped a disk in my back and it’s been pinching my nerve for 4 months now, im only 15 it hurts so badly. I’ve recently started these exercises I hope it helps.
ОтветитьThe explanation and demonstrations were very helpful. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьVery good explanation. Thanks.
ОтветитьThank you for addressing exercises for the different causes of sciatic pain. Most exercises for those with DDD don't address the DDD and actively bulging disc's. Did the hip tilts and had relief within 20 minutes. I had been doing the wrong exercises for years.
ОтветитьMy chiropractor Dr. Fielden in San Antonio recommended YOUR videos. I'm starting today and will let you know how I do. It's amazing just how common sense these exercises are and I'm so very excited to finally get some much needed relief!
ОтветитьThis is👌 love your delivery!
Ответитьreally helpful thank you
ОтветитьWhat exercises can I do if my disc is bulged to the inward of the back and not the outward? Does the 3rd exercise help too, or will it make my bulged disc worse?
ОтветитьIf due to disk herniation i get forminal stenosis at l5 s1, should i do these exercises as well?
ОтветитьThank you sir
ОтветитьThanks for this video! I was just diagnosed with a Herniated disc between L4 and L5 hitting the nerve and have had back for several weeks and it finally got bad enough yesterday where I could barely walk or move.
The hanging exercise feels good! For the bending the side one exercise number 2, which side should I push my hips toward if I was told the disc is bulging on the right side which why my pain radiates from the middle to my right. Thanks!
Good ones. Still have trouble figuring out how bulges work. But will keep on it...

So can you please tell me what exactly went wrong and what exercises can help me.
