She's NOT talking about Cyberpunk, (she's talking about one of the great world wars), metal in their heads are the helmets soldier wore in war, waged war from a distance, using things similar of megascopes (talking about fire weapons), and the flying ships are planes used for wars.

She forgot to mention that the world is buggy to hell.

I never realised what I was watching when I first saw this. I’ll be expecting a cameo in Cyberpunk then. Looking forward to it!
