In my system, I need players who are physical, not scared of 50/50 challenges in the air and good on the ball. I expect lots of crosses into the box from my full backs Tolo and Fai. My center backs Castelleto and Ebosse don't have to be shy about sending a direct 'Pirlo type' long ball to Aboubakar or strikers.
