Vim can help you with that! First you enter `line 1` and copy it with yy
Then you use 29p to paste it 29 more times
Cool, now you have 30 identical lines with the number 1 on all of them
Select the 29 latter lines in visual mode and press g ctrl+a
Boom, now all those numbers got incremented, starting from 1 and going up to 30 with each line
