Can't wait to try this. I've been trying to replicate a french lentil salad I used to get for lunch by work with little luck so far. Looks delicious!
ОтветитьI grew up eating lentils. They're nutritious, delicious, and inexpensive. This recipe looks delicious! I might have to make it for Thanksgiving. So glad you're back! ❤
ОтветитьLooks scrumptious, not to mention beautifully colorful! Thanks, can't wait to make this recipe at home. :-)
ОтветитьI love lentils. I will definitely make this. I am vegan and I eat a lot of beans and lentils. Please make more lentil recipes.
Can you make this salad with French lentils ? That’s all I have and I have not seen the ones you used in a store.
Love seeing you again 👍🏽❤️
Ответитьi will do that, I needed a different receipt to eat my lentils more! <3
ОтветитьI can’t wait to try this recipe. Instead of using olive oil, can Water work with this recipe?
ОтветитьM'm'm', love lentils and eat them often so I am definitely making this recipe !! 👍
Also, can't wait for the apple pie recipe, yes, please !! 😋
Time to pull out my jar of lentils from the back of the cabinet. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьThanks for the tip about cooling the lentils. I have been trying to eat more lentils, but they are always mushy and I hate that texture. I'll try eating them room temp or cooler
ОтветитьThank you! I'm going to try this over the weekend 💜
ОтветитьLentils are also cheap, which I love. I'd be interested in seeing a video just on how to make various bean and lentil burgers!! I only know how to make one kind of bean burger, which I love.
ОтветитьMy favourite is split red lentils, so quick to make .
ОтветитьSooo good! Thank you! 😍 I would add some lemon to improve iron absorption. 🙂
ОтветитьBeautiful looking meal thank you
ОтветитьI have that cookbook! I have to make that soon!
ОтветитьOkay Lavender is definitely your color...😊
Ответитьgirl, lets talk about that beautiful bowl! (full of lentils <3 )
ОтветитьThis looks so good!
I'm going to try this, I need to add more protein to my diet.
Im excited to try it!! And also so excited for the apple pie!!
ОтветитьUsing an oil base for the dressing like that seems counterproductive. There are more calories in the whole jar of dressing than there are in the whole bowl of lentils! Might try this but using water instead of oil.
Ответить🌴☀️So glad your back, can’t say it enough. All my favs seem to be disappearing after YT successes of sorts☀️🌴
ОтветитьYippee! Welcome back. You look well. Loads of love from South Africa.
ОтветитьYou sold me. I need to eat some more lentils and eat different ones. I normally eat the same ones, mostly because they're the easiest to find.
ОтветитьWhen is your new book coming out???
Ответитьlooks delicious!
ОтветитьYou look so beautiful ❤ Love you videos!😊
ОтветитьWhere is the written recipe please?
ОтветитьI wish my stores would carry more lentil varieties. I will have to check online for a good source. This sounds sooo good! Thank you
ОтветитьWorking on some mock chopped liver with lentils right now. Think I got carried away with the lentils and walnuts, so I need to add some more sautéed mushrooms.
ОтветитьI am hlad to see this as I have been looking for a great protein source other than tofu! Thank you and I really love your content!!!
ОтветитьGood luck with everything girl! I've loved yr content for a while! I do miss the more rustic film approach- but what's important is that u stay true to you!!!
ОтветитьHello! Your salmon video popped up in my feed and I was saying to myself “that girl looks familiar?” Then I realize you were the girl you cook that whole watermelon. I believe your best friend actually liked it. What ever happened to him? Does he still come here and there on your videos? Its been a long time since I saw one of your videos.
ОтветитьI´m getting ready to make a shepards pie with lentils. Yes to lentils!
ОтветитьMmmm I'm hungry now! I recently explored different color lentils. I love them. Hubby and son not so much. So I found the red ones easily adaptable for them. They are the mildest.
ОтветитьThank you! I will definitely make this. I am the only vegan in the family, but everyone in the family loves lentils and I do too. They are so flavourful, nutritious and easy to cook in so many ways. I use red lentils to thicken stews and add flavour and nutrition. You can easily make patés that taste like meat if you like that sort of thing (I don't), soups, patties, salads, substitute for minced meat in fillings and pasta sauce.
ОтветитьNo way I can forget what’s the main ingredients swear I heard lentils over 1000+ x
Ответить👍❤
ОтветитьThis is super yum! Just made it and I feel like some extra crunch like fresh crunchy peas out the garden would be soo good! Thanks for sharing
Ответитьyou have the best recipes. Would LOVE more lentil recipes.
ОтветитьThx for sharing
ОтветитьLentils actually needs to be pre soaked also
ОтветитьJust made this and it's so delicious. The kind of recipe I could stand over and just keep tasting. I reduced oil, made 1/2 the recipe but only 1 tbs oil, 3 tbs water extra.mustard. serv3d out 1 1/2 cups lentil and mixed in 3 tbs of mixed dressing. So yummy!❤
ОтветитьVegan protein, one of the most powerfull and fully apsorbabl are Spirulina, chlorella, Afa blue Green algae, sprouts, moringa microgreens but not si Many vegan influence rest share this. Nutritional profile of Spirulina is Amazing. It conteils Gama linolenic acid only found in breast milk not to mention detox qualities. Moringa and Spirulina are used in raw intact form in Africa for feeding children who suffered from severe protein deficiency cause by malnutrition. Microgreens especialy pea microgreens. Make smoothie with sprouts and microgreens and no protein deficiency. Also sprouting mung beans and lentils where in sprouting process all nutrients are multiplied.
ОтветитьLove lentils! Love your way of teaching! Love your energy! Love your kitchen! Love your outfit! Love how professional your videos look!
ОтветитьHas anyone tried this recipe using another type of lentils, such as red or green lentils?
ОтветитьThis looks delish. I do want to say, lentils, or legumes are NOT a complete protein. I made that mistake a few years ago when I tried to go vegan and found myself constantly hungry. You need to mix them with a grain (rice, wheat etc) and then small amounts of each TOGETHER will go a long way to satisfying you. Since I discovered the rational of why people often ate beans and rice (together they make up a complete protein…. Think equal to steak… okay maybe not for true meat lovers…. But equal enough to satisfy my hunger for hours on end.) it has been a game changer for me.
ОтветитьMy favorite vegan channel. Despite I am vegan for so long, I always find helpful tips here. And what a charming person! Pleasure to watch the videos!
ОтветитьDelicious spice combo! ❤
