To win, you need to be friends with the judges, and bribe them not to pay attention to you. That way they focus on disqualifying everyone else.

With the amount of rules you gotta enforce in this "sport", why even bother? Since a lot of these people in this competition have their feet in the air. This kinda opens up the opportunity to scrutinize anyone you don't want to win, and just penalize them to kingdom come, and then just ignore everyone else's infractions, and then go "What you want me to analyze each and every single frame of each player?! Pshh gimme a break. But I still want the guy I'm targeting to be disqualified, because I just so happened to catch him and only him doing it."

How fast is their pace in MPH?

It looks like race walking on hard pavement could result in some serious and permanent stress and wear-related injuries to your legs, ankles, feet, spine, and/or pelvis if you spend enough time doing this.

The way my thighs are set up, all that friction would start a fire for real. Lol this is a true skill.

This is not how you walk. You walk frontfoot landing first. They are doing heel. RIP to joints, knees, hips and back all shot... this isn't a sport. Horrible for the body.

I used to do this all the time in the halls of high school.

Bruh, I always knew there was a catwalk but never knew that theres a race walk all along, and its an Olympic event.

I thought my PE teacher just wanted to punish the fast kid I never knew it was a real sport, in all seriousness he did play for Crystal Palace years ago he knows a lot about sports his legs were wider then our heads

Pretty sure this is just running with lower knees lol. This is like the 100m water tread, because you only use half movements to get to the other side. You're still swimming lol
