Here is the problem of this line of reasoning: at the time of the coup the goverment was still the Trump goverment. John Eastman is reasoning that you can already be oppressed in the now by a future goverment. I don't think so.

Everything you need to know this guy is a lying Rethuglican traitor is that if all his so-called evidence was as conclusive as he purports it to be why did Fox News cave on the Dominion Voting Machine defamation case? Why did over 60 cases get thrown out even by Republican judges?

Guys like this have been fucking around by trying to use the legal system to undermine itself and the will of the American people now he's gasp shocked (SHOCKED!) that he's finding out what happens when you actually go through with it. That's not what he was saying on the elipse you liar

Social media users are saying that 240,000 ballots have been sent to “unverified” voters in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Department of State issued the statement that “there are not 240,000 ‘unverified ballots,’ as certain lawmakers are claiming” and calling the allegation “misinformation”.

The claims originate in a letter sent by Pennsylvania state representatives to the acting secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Leigh Chapman (here). In the letter, Republican representatives write, “as of October 21, 2022, records of 2022 Mail Ballot Data shows that counties have already mailed over 240,000 unverified ballots.” 

A spokesperson for the Pennsylvania Department of State said via email that, “The department believes the reference to 240,000 unverified ballots is the result of misunderstandings of the law, the department’s data, and the counties’ workflow.” 

A separate statement from the Pennsylvania Department of State added that as of Thursday, “there are only about 7,600 ballot applications statewide whose voters’ identification have not yet been verified.”

The narrative ? How about the narrative that Trump claimed a rigged election before the election was over how did he know ahead of time ??

I paused the video and fact checked the claims as he made them… The over counting in PA, the truck driver who ‘saw weird things’ etc etc. All bogus and disproven many times. I don’t know what Eastmans trip is but man, this guy is sticking to his story no matter what.

If I’d have done something criminal or unethical and managed to not get caught I’d quietly retire somewhere, keep my mouth shut and consider myself lucky to not be on the FBI’s radar.

I gotta think this guy totally believes this garbage or he’d have the sense to know when to cut his losses and leave the stage.

It’s like some mass psychosis that seems to have taken over 30% of the population. Even my dear, sweet aunt who still bakes me chocolate chip cookies believes this stuff. It really hurts me to see that.

John Eastman says the election laws were significantly changed by secretaries of state before the election. He should have challenged the legality of those decisions before election rather than after the election. Moreover, while Trump lost other republican candidates who were part of the same ballots won and republicans gained seats in the house. They lost the senate largely because of the shenanigans of Trump.

He's provided absolutely no proof of the myriad accusations that he makes in this video and continues to make. He has a cell phone, why not take a picture of just one of the ballots that he says have been adulterated? Answer that John!!!

They DID investigate the truck AND the driver. They investigated the shit out of both, and discovered more lies. I won't go into the background of the driver, but he lied about using that particular trailer on that particular day per GPS data. He also lied about using it during all of October. Also there was nothing close to 200,000 ballots according to LI postal workers, who were ALSO investigated. More like hundreds, which the truck driver finally fessed up to. Does Eastman not think he is going to be fact-checked on every single line of bullshit he is trying to peddle? I guarantee when trial date nears, is is going to cop a plea to avoid trial and jail time. So he knows he can shovel this bull crap as it will not be presented in court.

Pay close attention people. You are watching a conspiracy theorist in action. Regardless of any evidence to the contrary, he will never be swayed from believing the unbelievable, and defending the indefensible. Disbarment should be the least of his worries.

Eastman is either lying or befuddled right out of the gate. Covid had already spread throughout the country more than a year before the PA state Supreme Court granted the 3 day extension. PA did not eliminate voter signature verification, the court ruled that a ballot can not be disqualified SOLEY based on signature issues. This guy needs to be prosecuted and either thrown in jail or a mental hospital.

I’m glad all of this is finally coming out. I witnessed them giving out gift cards for people to vote for Biden. They even showed it on the news here in Philadelphia and everybody was basically told not to say anything about it. Completely ridiculous and shameful.

Sane people know Trump won. The trolls in these comments know it and the truth is unfolding and has already unfolded. Trump is going to win again. Everyone knows it. They are panicking.
