Intention for today is simply "healing our hips." Sometimes over exercise, lack of exercise, sitting a lot, standing a lot, all kinds of causes to issues in the hips. It appears the virus issue is pretty much over, we're not wearing masks and things are getting back to normal. I don't know what this will mean for live online or even recorded classes which is how this came into being.
