Guide dogs mostly wear a florescent yellow harness even during daylight hours for easy visibility.

This may be a silly question but I'm assuming guide dogs when told to find an open chair say at a coffee shop...they simply find a chair...but what if all the tables were taken...would the guide dog take them to an empty chair but like not an empty table?
