it is working only in the movies... in real life this trash doesnt work.

You will barely see any hand to hand combat in the battlefield. Majority of KIA and WIA are either from booby traps, artillery, bombs, IED’s are that one psychopath.

Yeah bad guys always throw looping hooks even though straight punches get there faster.
Lots of things that I could say here.
I'll pass on most of them.

But instead of a sidearm with a spare magazine and weapon-mounted laser in a caliber that gives you the most ft/lbs and rounds for the weight and two folding knives,

I find it funny when people say "Is this "realistic"?" or "it's not realistic". Yes, of course this is choreographed to an extent. But compared to someone untrained or even has some experience, if one constantly trains and keeps their skill level sharp, it WILL look like that.
Think about it this way: when you look at the athletes on TV or in a game, their actions look so effortless and natural. That comes from constant practice and perfection to the point where it's practically reflexive. How many of y'all practice to that extent?
Do you practice until you get it right or do you practice until you can't get it wrong?
The guy who is going to kill you practiced just enough to get it right. You mean to tell me that you're willing to lose your life because you were more half-assed than him?

제 생각에 무술은 어떻게 보다 어떻게든의 형태로 가르치는게 유용하다고 봅니다. 특히나 경찰 무술훈련은 안전 보호 장구류 20키로그람 안전 신발 10키로그람을 플러스 해서 무술교관이나 상대에게 일방적으로 기절할 때까지 맞고 강제로 깨워서 교육시간 끝날 때 까지 맞고 벗어나지 못하게 하고 안맞기 위해서 살기 위해서 뭘해야 할지 고민하게 만들고 그 고민이 절정에 달했을 때 물한방울 정도씩 가르쳐 주는 겁니다. 총 30키로그람의 안전 보호 장구를 착용하고 5분 1라운드 10초 휴식 10라운드 연속하면 그걸 매일 1년 정도 하면 효과가 좋을 겁니다.

As a pro…this is one of the most realistic training exercise.. to explain the anatomy of fighting. Training shooting and fighting is always abstract. Real life scenario does not excist!

This is all nice when both were training on the same moves like choreography the reality is that you never know what move you're enemy will do...
