The machines are not as easy to use as you think, when that message comes up ask for assistance its not always faulty. I've tried a few times and sometimes the staff are not helpful. Sometimes, the machine won't scan even if you enlarge the code and brightness. Good luck, folks 😊

Thanks for making this video. Im planning to make a return using this method for the first time later today. The only thing I would add, is that the Amazon instructions say not to attach the label that you print out, but instead hand over the print out plus the item to the person in the store. I guess this is because sometimes the item wont have suitable packaging already and then the store puts it in a shipping bag/box or something?
I noticed when choosing which return option to go with on Amazon, Evri was the only one that didn’t require a box, all the others required you to rebox the items yourself
