ОтветитьI got lazy from exercising with barbells for a whole year😢. Feels like i lost my progress. But this was fun, I can only do until 55% with 7 kg because my legs was shaking hahaha. I'll easy my way back into it! I had a nice sweat and I remembered the best part of exeecising! When it makes my mind completely silent when i'm exhausted 😂.

ОтветитьI have this workout in my favorites. I am a 56 year old woman just getting started with barbells, and this is a perfect combo. I don't have to worry about arm day or leg day - just a combo workout 2-3 times a week. Hoping to increase the weight in a couple weeks!
