my favourite scene in the film is when the war party is introduced and the doof warrior is just rocking out on the truck playing that incredible riff

I personally hated this movie, but damn this part of the score kicked ass. Not at all surprised it was heavily inspired by desert rock and stoner metal. Kyuss is one of my favorite bands!

After all these years, the simplicity of the chords used still resonate in my head. Always great to come back and admire the riffs!

Driving through the desert playing stoner rock has been a fantasy of mine for a few years, and I'm sure that's quite a popular one :D so seeing this movie last year was an amazing experience
