Beautiful, thanks a lot
ОтветитьIf you’re trying to do presentations like McKinsey, you’re doing presentations wrong. That’s assuming you want to help your clients get results. If you’re just looking to collect fees and rack up billable hours then by all means, follow the McKinsey model.
ОтветитьConsultants - not all, but 99,5% - are the most redundant job in the known universe.
ОтветитьGreat style of delivering content and straight to the point.
Ответитьvery helpful
Thank you for sharing this,
¡Gracias!
ОтветитьVery Informative. Thank u!!
ОтветитьMy final round interview for a consultant role is to use data to tell a story. Time to study this video 😅
ОтветитьHi Heinrich,
Can you please create more videos on storylining? This one was great like your other videos. Example: You got one problem statement from the client regarding product competitors' analysis. How would you proceed with that? You can also give more examples apart from competitors' analysis like partner identification, market sizing, etc. I want to understand the thought process that goes behind the creation of initial storylining, wireframes, and Mickey Mouse presentation
Thanks
This is extremely helpful!
ОтветитьThank you. This was excellent.
ОтветитьThank you for the tips. Will try and implement them.
ОтветитьJust a thought as I am in learning mode. Gain before action required??? 22 EUR mn EBIT potential in North America and Asia?
ОтветитьGreat one
ОтветитьThank you. This presentation was very useful. :)
ОтветитьSub titles pleeeease
ОтветитьAnother tip is: Don't include "CONFIDENTIAL" for a presentation that'll be seen by .5 mil people. Jokes aside, always great content Heinrich! Thanks!
ОтветитьDoes Firm Learning offer 1-1 coaching? I'm late entry-level at a big 4 firm and would like to work on skills needed to move up.
ОтветитьVery helpful I will try for my next presentation thanks
ОтветитьThank you for your leadership on this initiative
ОтветитьI clicked for the information, but your accent kept me watching. I love it 😂
ОтветитьExcellent video and useful tips. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьIch würde diese Videos auch in Deutsch machen, hast nochmals so viele Subscriber :) danke dir ☺️
ОтветитьVery good, very helpful.
In a 13 min video you've giving me what I really need to improve my next presentation.
Thanks
Thanks Heinrich for sharing, seems small tips yet impactful 🌹
ОтветитьTo hear your very German Englisch is a very terrible experience.
Furchtbar Englisch
Spot on..
ОтветитьWhat a legend. Love this channel
ОтветитьWhat a very interesting video. I could understand the message very well, and the examples were fantastic. Thanks for sharing these best practices, Heinrich. Very good quality video. o/
ОтветитьI'm working in an c level environment now after being in consulting for some and I am always amazed how many people are not doing this. Great video and shared amongst my colleagues. Thanks Heinrich!
ОтветитьSuch great energy! Love it
ОтветитьThanks for sharing! Many times, we tend to put slide titles 'more of Newspaper Eye Catcher style - Generic with potential to catch eyeballs'. Good to see that Action Titles help us summarize entire slide in a few words enabling possibly a quick decision making or information consumption...
ОтветитьMany thanks for this informative video!
ОтветитьThanks for detailed explanation. You rock! I’m learning a lot with your videos!!! Regards from Brazil 🇧🇷…
ОтветитьWhen you grabbed your drink, you forgot to drink
ОтветитьSummarizing my lessons:
1. Create a storyline that guides your audience through the presentation
2. Create concise and quantified action titles that effectively summarize the main message of the slide
3. Use tables and charts where possible
4. Ask yourself if the content on the slides is actually relevant, so what about this info is useful for your client?
5. Simple and straightforward graphics that get the message across is better than a presentation with fancy graphics but a loose message
Thank you for the interesting insight! I used action titles usually at the bottom of the slide as some kind of summary of the key message. I will try to use them at the top from now
ОтветитьVery concise and skilfully presented.
I checked my inbox in case there was already an invoice 👍.
This is how most of McKinsey looks like. No joke
ОтветитьWell done.
ОтветитьLie. Lie. Lie like a snake.
ОтветитьI worked for a VP and received feedback that I need actionable titles for each slide to tell a continuous story through the deck. Great tip and didn’t realise this was essential to storytelling
ОтветитьUsing the McKinsey method I will send in a recent grad to go give my presentation for me.
