HOW TO KICKFLIP

I did this so many times I'm now landing them freestyle and my son high fived me

47 re-beginner. Riding with my little ones has brought me into it again. Never been able to land one. Can do most pop shuvits and ollie. This time around i will make it. Thanks Johnny.

Why can I do a heel flip sorta good like I can get it to rotate then one foot on it when landing so far but my kick flips like to do a turning Ollie 😂
I ride goofy so I take these tutorials and flip them so I can practice too so maybe that’s why.. but my question is how do I make it rotate faster so I have more time to catch it

i have made it my goal to land a kickflip before im 18 which is in a month so i hope this tutorial will get me there

I’m down to getting the front foot on the board, and the back foot but never at the same time. It feels like it’s a weight issues like I’m not staying centered over the board. I’m going on week two with multiple hours a day. The struggle is real.

Please help. I always land with my back foot. The front one lands very quickly on the floor while the board is still flipping. I tried almost everything and can’t get it done.

I used to skate back in the 90’s as a teenager. I never ever landed a kick flip because I thought the front foot pushed down to create the flip. Boy was I wrong! Now that I’m 44 I might bust out the board again and try. Even though I’m not 16 years old and 160 lbs anymore 😂😂

Whenever I kickflip my ankle always hurts. The board also only turns one half, am I doing something wrong?

Fuck it it’s one of the hardest tricks cuz u may land 100000000000 at one day and the next 4000000 years u have struggle even land one 🤣🤣🤣
