I drove a '71 for 12 yrs and I wish I never sold it! It tripled in price since I sold mine in '89 for $6000 (now the '71 sells for $20,000)

200 miles of range and it takes 30 minutes to charge 70%, which means I could barely get from Fort Collins to Breckenridge.

and VW should drop the divisive ‘pro’ from their naming schema.

I don't like it. Our 1986 VW Wasserboxer, Syncro awd was good for 180,000 or so miles ... I liked the 5 speed granny gear. We'd put her in granny climb in the back slide open the door and idle through the field while birding.
