Joe is one of those rare artists who are still just good dudes. He has every excuse to not be accessible yet he’s candid and willing to share his knowledge and talent with those of us who are simply in awe of his talent.

It is amazing how tactile the guitar is. Although Joe's tone is a little different, with him playing the rig sounds like him regardless. My guess is that a properly set up Jackson, a Mesa Dual Rectifier and a 5150 would not alter the overall sound of Joe playing

Great rundown. My son and I really enjoy listening and learning from the Masters. Thank you. We can really do without the cursing. No offence.

Wow. Joe Bonermassa. What a treat.

Joe Bonamassa just blew my mind. For a guy who is a dyed in the wool Les Paul and humbucker guy to say his '51 no caster guitar is the best one he owns is huge. I have never been able to make a tele work for me. But when Joe says this is the best guitar he owns, I know it's me not the tele that's the problem in that relationship!

How does he remember every name? And story? Preserving history 😊💙🎸🎶🎤❤️💙🎸🎶🎤❤️

I love Joe, I’m not a huge fan of his playing, that’s not to say he’s not a talented player, i do enjoy his more tame playing. He’s never afraid to share his borderline autistic knowledge of vintage gear and he does a lot for young players and the guitar community in general. He’s always apart of some video giving out free tidbits of knowledge you really only learn from 30+ years of touring. Love him or hate him, Joes a cool cat

Jipes, you are correct, I didn't like Joe when he was younger but I learn to learn to forgive people , He's a little older and wiser ,more a compassionate humanistic - becoming rather lovable to many people. And don't forget knowledgeable

I wish we could actually hear some of these great guitars. It's like nowadays people would rather look at and talk about guitars rather than hear them or play them.

Ok let’s cut through all the BS. The dude just is a gear pimp. And he talks about song specific guitars etc. to which I say bro, get over yourself, all your songs are essentially the same genre. You could play one guitar all night long and it wouldn’t matter. You just like to buy gear play little rich boy games with each guitar in your mind and steam roll through all the gear you can get your little greedy hoarder hands on. Furthermore nobody in the general population can name one of your songs. So get over yourself already.

I get excited when Joe pulls out his Fenders. More so when he said he plugged straight into the Twin amp with the '51 Tele. Effects are tone killers.
