I’ve been doing this on every night shift on break at work! It’s tiring but so worth it! Almost lost a stone too! 👏🏼

5 STARS - been doing the First Steps To Fitness Series for a few months (and 6Kg down) but love the variations on this workout. There are a few I cant do because of mobility issues but just swapped them with what I can do for the original series, thank you so much for putting this together
