Legend, I've been pulling my hair out with this. Thank you so much!!!
ОтветитьYou should learn how to mix the sound on your videos and, maybe, puy a microphone...
ОтветитьYou are BRILLIANT!!!!! You solved my problem while I was on hold with Apple waiting for them to answer!! Thank you so much!!! Oh, did I say, YOU ARE BRILLIANT!!! And, THANK YOU!!!!! YOU SAVED ME HOURS OF WORK!
ОтветитьThank you! This worked for me too!
ОтветитьSadly support for reading Canon .cr2 files is non existent this technique does not work for them anymore. If you know of any way to read .cr2 RAW files I have a large number archived that are now useless.
Ответитьturn your intro down bud
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьTremendously helpful thanks
ОтветитьAbsolute life saver for my final in one of my classes

Ответитьthanks! it worked for me too :)
ОтветитьMind-blowing. Thanks for this
ОтветитьThis didnt work for me so i opened folder right clicked then send to and clicked iphone
ОтветитьThanks for uploading this tutorial, friend. I followed your directions and found that I’ve been converting these damn RAW’s into JPEG’s for months and didn’t even know I WAS DOING SO! All this raised blood pressure for a solved problem I didn’t know was already solved. It’s always nice to have confirmation, though, from a second source that I haven’t bungled anything up. 👍
ОтветитьConfirmed, currently using a macbook pro early 2017 model and it worked for me! Thanks for this!
ОтветитьYou just changed my life!!
ОтветитьActually it worked but photos are really low quality, what can I do?
ОтветитьLol. this is not helpful. You can clearly see your raw photos for some reason before dragging it to the folder. I did the same minutes ago before this video and still remained CR2 and unseeable. I cant even see the pictures at all previous to dragging or after, but you can.
ОтветитьUnbelievable - as easy as that... I just spent the last 2 hours downloading plug-ins for RAW converters trying to navigate a new model camera with an older version of photoshop. Thank you for sharing:)
Ответитьwonderfull solution! thank you
ОтветитьAwesome, thank you. You did safe me a lot of time.
ОтветитьGood but reduces the resolution drastically. ;(
ОтветитьWhy do a video if you don't even know why it converted it to JPEG?
ОтветитьThank you. MAC photo App automatically imports both .jpeg and .nef (raw) photos from your camera stacked up with the initial (J) bottom left or top left depending on your MAC Photos App.
By default, the computer treats all your photos as .jpeg. The user has to edit the photo and click (choose photos in its original format) to get the raw .nef files (pictures) for advance editing.
So, your steps (to clarify your confusion) were automatically done for you by the system. However for advance photo adjustments refer back to the step in the previous paragraph.
Thank you for showing us this. It took me some time to go back and do some research and find the reason why. Thank you!
Brilliant. Thank you! It worked for me on macOS Mojave 10.14.5. I did move them from my SD card to my computer first and then to the folder from Photos. I'm not sure if it works from the SD card to the folder on macOS Mojave yet, though.
ОтветитьTHANK. YOU.
ОтветитьHAHA! YES! it works, and we don't have to care why!
ОтветитьOmg ! I love you I just did a maternity shoot and for the life of me could not figure this out ! Thank you 😊
ОтветитьThe key step here is to make sure you Import the photos. May have seemed obvious to some, but it took me a few moments. Import to new album > drag to folder. Bingo
Ответитьearth needs more heroes like you
ОтветитьThanks John for your sharing. This is what I did.
- Import images to Photo app
- Create new folder
- Copy images in Photo app to new folder
Done. Amazing
Worst video ever watched
ОтветитьThis is not a good idea. You're throwing away tons of useful image thereby making an inferior quality image. Just shoot jepg!
ОтветитьBoss, you saved my day!!! thank you sooo very much. I was able to convert all the image from RAW to JPG just the way you showed :)
Ответитьlegend
ОтветитьThis is wonderful, so easy, thank you for sharing
ОтветитьI think it might have to do with where you store an image.
When I store in the PICTURES file it uses .tiff
Try storing in DOCUMENTS.
very helpful! it worked perfectly! thank you so much
ОтветитьVery helpful! Thanks a lot! :)
Ответитьwowwww this really worked ! thanks for the tip!
ОтветитьThank you so fucking much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьThis is amazing !! Thank you for sharing this!
ОтветитьPerrrrfection! Worked like a charm!!
ОтветитьHoly crap, it actually worked! Thankyou! My Mac was piss arsing around with the RAW photos, it was taking forever. Ahh thank god!!
Ответитьthank you very much... It works perfectly.
ОтветитьMy new MAC will not recognize my Canon EOS M6 for RAW.
