The "Goat" of stripper anthem''s in the 80's. I had the pleasure of traveling with a couple of "Top Shelf" professional dancers. Through the Midwest mostly. Quick story. Sofia was her stage name. She was 5'10. A hard athletic 135ish lbs but soft were it mattered, lips, an Italian girl with green eyes, brunette long hair. Traveling with another girl, and had a 5 dude security team that traveled with them. Mobile safe's brought on site to the clubs. These 2 girls could not have been nicer to be around. No drugs no booze strictly business. Sofia's lead song during her 4 songs set's was the song. She would sometimes change it up with "Separate ways". I can remember many nights dude's would litterly cry on their way out at the end of the night. Drunk and so in love. When she came out with her favorite "white lingerie " fully "porned" up with the heels on...as she would describe it. She knew she was going to kill it. Her confidence was instant hard sexy. Spent 2 years with them on and off. She's married. Went into real estate in Scottsdale. Has 3 kids. Husband was Real estate developer. I'm absolutely sure she has grandkids by now. Adjusted for inflation mind you. This was around 40 years ago! Both the girls averaged 30k to 40k apiece for doing 8 shows in total. Four on Friday. Four on Saturday. In today's economy top shelf traveling girls make 75k to 100k on good weekends in the big market's. Vegas, Dallas, Phoenix. The competition is ruthless and much more "who you know". In the 80"s it was just cocaine, and a lot of really fast money. A lot of fun. On to the next city. It was the best 2 years of my life. 🎉
