PIA is a POS. At Installation, it set off my antivirus; some dubious coding. During operation, more flags from the antivirus. Calle in during the free-to-try period; got some BS-er who effectively refused to cancel my subscription, and I was billed for a 3-yr period. I mean, all this tsurus to avoid man-in-the-middle attacks? Most VPN software is dubious; PIA is worse, and their "special offr" is bogus.

I'm stuck with PIA because I still get it at the cheaper monthly rate. I can't find a cheaper VPN.

NORD VPN USERS BEWARE. After Cancelling Renewal NORD still TOOK £98-78 (1 YEARSUB) From my A/C using my 5 months old Expired Debit Card, How did Nord do this ? NORD refunded me £80-68- And kept £18-10 without giving any Reason. SO WATCHOUT FOLKS. NORD NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

twice in one day (yesterday) Xfinity sent us an email because those 2 torrents got through the VPN. Granted, I was using a USA connection when i used to use a server in Canada. Just letting you know, if you download enough and possibly don't change the servers often enough... you could get flagged like i have (multiple times, twice in one day).

Been with PIA since 2010 and own multiple accounts that I pay with Gift cards. PIA stole $50 from me and have refused to restore or refund the funds even after providing them with statements showing that the payment was legit.
Private Internet Access charged me $50 for a year account. A few days later they close my account and have refused to refund me the money or reinstated the account. The excuse they gave was that a transaction had show on the card that I paid with after purchasing the year service.
Even after I show a statement of the gift card that the PIA payment was the only one on the gift card pia refuses to refund or restore the account or refund the money.
I have heard multiple you tubers knocking them down since they got bought over but I actually never tough they will steal $50 and refuse to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VPN, THEY SCAMMED ME AND WILL DO YOU AS WELL.
I am going to find every independent site that reviews your vpn and post all the chats from your company refusing to restore or refund my funds

Any VPN that I can buy a one year activation code from Amazon gets points from me, I am very careful with my payment methods and who has that info, also no logging also gets points.

I've been using nordvpn for a few years. Really like it but it doesnt have port forwarding. So now I'm looking into switching to something like PIA that offers port forwarding. Need that feature for torrenting. On high activity torrents port forwarding isnt really an issue but really old torrents with only 1 or 2 seeds/peers having port forwarding can make a difference between being able to download the torrent or not. PIA looks like it could be a good option, I'm just a little skeptical on the connection reliability, speeds and latency. Because nordvpn has been stellar for me in those areas.

Most of us don't know what Port forwarding, obsfucation options or Socks 5 proxy support means. Please explain what you are saying and FFS take a breath. It's hard to follow when you are speaking at 90 miles an hour. Slow down and explain to the unsavvy of us. Or your might as well not bother with your channel because most of us don't know WTF you're talking about.
