It would make so much sense to at least give people a chance like this on benefits. Even if you didnt want to go and make this the new system entirely but just have 1 or 2 times that a person on benefits can ask to have a chance to get 26k in one go with lots of support to try and chart that person a life not on benefits and with a stable income.
