i run balanced hybrid having hard to figuring out if 4k fire arms is worth using considering im almost 7k electronics i have about 5k stamina to around 420-430 toughness

Classified gear is very slow am past level 30 past level 70 in dz past level 35 in underground not many classified builds on green build not classified resistance is not easy solo

If you really want a build that can afford to be balanced would really be the hexo builds. Really the game is mainly about player skill knowing how and when to get your proxs and even know your own self strengths and weakness with your own playing. Any build that is built correctly for your play style or built for that situation can do anything. The gear gap isn't really there. But the skill gap yeah that's real asf. Only builds I can think of that are just really fucking strong would be preds bleed and a striker showstopper wombo combo

So I let Marco here win the day and watched his entire clickbait video and am happy to report to any interested that there is in fact no PvE content in this video. It's not mentioned in the title and you would have to be like me and watch the entire video to find out if he would ever talk about it.

Question for PvE... Enemy Armor Damage and Damage to Elite, but where should I focus my health on kill options if I build my firearm stamina build up? At what point is too much?

All dmg resis VS All dmg resilience question. Marco, where is the All dmg resil?

What and the absolute f***. I need a response NOWW!!!! What do you mean my critical hit damage stops at 100%. Pred goes far surpass 100 to 120% when it’s set bonus is activated.? If I have more CHD then I have “more” CHD. Maybe that’s how PC work but I would have to rework to many things and might mess up something that’s not even broken. I’m here for the knowledge. I’ve seen widdz builds and I try and take after his with some of my builds but you was talking as if CHD on knee pads and backpack are pointless?.. Like “why would anyone run this?” It’s super hard to kill me with my Striker the way it’s built. I wouldn’t invest into Health still. I would just run skill power.

Oh hell no. What’s wrong with critical hit damage on my knee pads and back pack with a full stamina striker?... I literally get 18% more critical hit damage. How is that bad.? I’m really confused.

The game hasn't been this unbalanced since 1.3. I just came back and don't have any classified pieces or exotics (except an old Caduceus. Me fighting the no lifers in the dark zone is like someone with all blue gear fighting me. This game is a fucking joke. 1.4 was good. But that barely lasted a month. Apart from that it has been complete garbage.
