Their textbook was Lake Michigan. And for the group of Bloomsburg University students who spent two weeks in the field exploring different geoscience and environmental aspects of the Michigan Basin, they wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The unique summer course, Special Topics in Geology, was a two-week field experience where students learned field study techniques and how to analyze field observations that culminated in student-directed field presentations. http://bloomu.edu/eggs
