Jeff, I find your videos extremely helpful, and your easygoing, down to earth demeanor refreshing. Well done! I'm 54 and in the best shape of my life now. Thank you!
ОтветитьHe is posing for tricep but he's back is looking crazy😮
ОтветитьDo you have a nutrition guid for no meat diets ?
ОтветитьI use primarily barbells/dumbbells, but nearly every video on YT veers off into cable exercises to which I don't have access.
ОтветитьGood stuff Jeff! Thank you
Ответитьthis channel is probably one of the best i've ever found for training, love the proof of research, much appreciated.
Ответить🤍I’m new to this channel just discovered it. Nice👍🏼
ОтветитьWhere’s the single rope tricep extension example?
Ответитьamazing work
ОтветитьI could hear the intro music all day
ОтветитьMerry Christmas brah💪🎅👍
Ответитьlove it , for me My arms nevers grow since one years now, i try to work 1 time or 2 time a week but what is the best way for grow the arms ? how many taime can i work it ?
ОтветитьThe amount of training knowledge this man has and the quality of his videos is incredable, love the way the studies and results from them are allways shown too, probably the best body building channel for people trying to learn, love it 💪🏻👌🏻💙
ОтветитьI don't care about the triceps, i care about what skincare products you use ( although its 4 years ago but try to remember )
Ответитьis training my upper long head possible or genetics
ОтветитьGreat video on the triceps. Skullcrusher, overhead cable extension, and overhead triceps extension with a dumbbell or resistance bands are overhead exercises. Tricep press down, cable triceps extension, and triceps extension with resistance bands are exercises that have your arms by your sides. Triceps kickback, cable triceps kickback, triceps kickback with resistance bands are exercises that have your arm behind your torso.
ОтветитьMy elbows hurt just watching even 1 rep
ОтветитьRetract and depress shoulder blades
Lie so that head is slightly off the bench to let the bar clear the head on the way down
Initiate the first rep by moving the bar back over your face to help put tension on the long head and maintain constant tension throughout the movement
Maintaining constant tension in the mid range produces more growth than training through the full range with tension lost at the top
For this reason start with the bar slightly back and maintaining a slight bend on the elbow at the top of each rep to keep constant tension on the triceps without cutting down too much on the range of motion
Begin the eccentric by lowering the bar back in an arc rather than straight down to the forehead which will increase the over load on the triceps by increasing torque on the elbows
Viewed from the front elbow should be tucked in and comfortably locked. Try not to flare out or in the elbows though for some people a slight flare out may be normal.
You should take the bar down as far as you can comfortably take it but at a minimum the the degree of motion should be such that the biceps touch the forearms.
Does close grip incline bench work the long head of the tricep
ОтветитьYess I want all the head
ОтветитьI knew this video was too short -__- One of the few times I've hit dislike. How are you gonna make a tricep training video with little mention of the different heads and only focused on skullcrushers?
ОтветитьCan someone answer to me... How much does this griffin weight (in this video)? Like without a plates
ОтветитьWhen you got muscles but still annoying
Ответитьthank you
Ответить4 years later I first time watch this on Christmas thank you
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьSo what exactly is the French press?
ОтветитьWhere can I find those gym articles you present in your videos?
Ответитьwould skull crushers on a slight incline be a good choice?
Ответитьno close grip bench? hmmmm skull crushers is a high risk movement
ОтветитьWill incls work the long head
ОтветитьJeff’s video efforts have come across as badass multiple time nee now I feel! Thank you! Raza :)
Ответитьmerry Christmas for three years ago
Ответитьbeen on a loop of sniffing nippards
ОтветитьLateral Trizeps???????
ОтветитьWatching this in the gym hopefully nobody sees me.
Edit: Turned down the brightness its at 1% now
Ffin Drapej
ОтветитьYou’re going to be a millionaire JN.
ОтветитьBig Triceps look great and prevent tears if you isolate the heads with moderite/lower weight.
ОтветитьI'm young and I see my biceps are building nicely but my triceps look like granny arms I am NOT PLEASED! I scoff at imperfections on me lol TRICEPS MUST TRAIN! YOU LOOK AMAZING GREAT WORK! I'm new here so i appreciate this content! Thank you for helping people like me all over the world! Sincere shout out all the way from Htown!🙏🏾💪🏾❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhen you say you need to keep your shoulders depressed. Does it also count when I am depressed, does that extent to the shoulders?
