How to write high-converting email copy in less than 15 minutes

The only thing these copies need is lit bit more detail about the product....you are pointing here is how..but there is no specificity....you can add some bullets to increase trust and validation

Hi all, newbie copywriter here. Looking to niche my primary service into this very skillset. I've done a swag of learning and feel ready to start implementing for paying clients.

Not sure if this is the right place to be asking this but how do we generally charge for emails like this? Do they tend to be the larger one offs or is it better to ask for a revenue split?
Also, in the case where I've got a client keeping me on retainer while I create an agreed upon amount of content month to month. If I were to also provide an email writing service, would I be better off charging nothing extra or a smaller than usual amount but then propose a revenue share?

I don't want to go in charging like a seasoned veteran but I also want to be paid for my efforts. Especially when those efforts are generating significant results for my clients

Is there any video or resource out there that answers this well? I find this aspect of freelance copywriting really confusing and vague. I'd rather create my future billing model early on (but with lower numbers to begin with) and have it in place, which will save time down the track but also make me look professional from the jump

Why - why they have the problem
Agittation - show future emotional benefits when they solve the problem or when they have the solution
Tease the Solution - link to the "final" destiny (vsl or something)
