How to Sort multiple columns in Excel 2007 using the Sort button (Excel 07-013)

Very Intresting. But I noticed on my Excel that it does not have the "sort by selected criteria" option under the sort button. I have Excel 2003 and not 2007. Any one know if it is available for 2003 Excel. When did it first appear in Excel/ I looked for it in "add more buttons" but it was not there. Thank you.
