Blender Tutorial: Editing Audio in the Video Sequence Editor (VSE)

i have a problem, i only want to edit a sound. But when i add it, i dont get/have the volume settings.. where can i find them? :(

back to make a movie, la last ones usually the sound file is shorter than the video so its just muted and the video continues! i tried to make the end frame of the file longer but still its muted! can u help please!? its urgent

when I add audio a second time to video sequencer I cannot hear anything, is there a setting I have to turn on? Your turtorial has been the easiest to follow so far thanks.

Lol I can't get any audio playback. I import audio itself, or a video with audio and nothing. I have a behringer uphoria 404 with M-Audio montiors. No way to change output to this device in Blender. Frustrating to the max how complicated this program makes audio.

When i import my clip and even set the volume of the audio to 100.000 i dont hear anything. But when i play the video itself i do hear audio. How do i fix this? Cause the audio in the video should be loud enough.

This is either a complete piece of garbage that doesn't work, or someone is hacking the ever loving __ out of me.

This is just absurdly ridiculous. I FINALLY got the audio and video from my DVR clip synced by changing the starting point of the audio by 18 frames, and then, with my not having changed ANYTHING, it was OUT OF SYNC AGAIN!!

My problem is that I can get the render to have sound or video, but not both.

Lol, this is genius. You managed to mess up the audio in the video about editing audio :)

+ for quick and right to the point, but when audio in your tutorial about audio is sometimes so quiet that I can't hear - it is weird...

My keyframe doesn't pop up when I press "I" what is it supposed to look like and how do I make music fade out from a certain time.

I have a question if you can help...did a tech house set recorded to cd must of had a dodgy wire going from booth to cd recorder which left me with an earthy sound all the way through the cd and quite low volume....is this fixable with an audio edit programme to get it to good volume and erase the earthish sound please

When I saw Editing Audio I thought you will talk about Mixdown settings or maybe how to create some audio effects. Isn't the volume setting of audio strip normalized?
