Thank you, Jessica. I appreciated your explanation of why arm swing is important(spine). It was good to hear that doing the side steps(out-out-in-in) help with memory. Walking back and forth on the mat was kind of fun-could kind of get a groove going. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the time went. :.)

My fitness journey has taken a 2 month halt while I've dealt with the death of my mother and clearing out her place.
I've only just started getting back into walking again. We're in the middle of winter and just as I decided that I was going to go out and walk the dog the heavens opened and it started bucketing.
Disheartened I picked up my phone and this video popped up on my notifications. I'm so glad, I still get to walk! (in my kitchen) 😊
Due to wildfires here in 🇨🇦 our air quality is really bad so often times I don’t go out for walks as I don’t want to inhale smoke. So these indoor walking exercises help a lot.

ОтветитьWow, that made my heart race more and sweat more than walking on my treadmill. Although my shoulders and neck are junk so doing the later arm movements really hurt, but I'm slowly working on it.
