Probably the most impressive thing is the sound design. All the guns sound great

In Brutal Wolfenstein, the awake and death state sound effect were taken from some Wolfenstein 3d games like Wolfenstein 3d, Spear of destiny(including return to danger).
Like the elite guard says:
Awake state sound effect:
"Schutzstaffel" in Wolfenstein 3d and spear of destiny.
"Wer da?" In spear of destiny return to danger.
Death state sound effect:
"Mein Leben" in Wolfenstein 3d and spear of destiny.
"Tod fürs Vaterland" in spear of destiny return to danger.
