Thanks for pointing this one out, just allowed me to buy all I needed with a few extras as backup. Price has gone up a bit over the past 2 years but still half the price of new. I will be back if I have any issues to update. Off grid 10 acre site. Even with expensive delivery charge which was 75 percent of the panels cost saving huge.

My kWh rate is DOUBLING next month. I’m starting to consider getting used panels and installing them myself to supplement power. Is this doable ? I have a lot of experience building electronics like high voltage tube amps but nothing like an electrician. But I don’t want a full array. Just something to help cut costs when possible? I’d like to run a grid tie system in parallel with an off grid 1500W inverter & charge controller & small battery bank to a separate circuit that I can switch the wifi router/modem, 1 TV, and a couple of outlets for iPhone chargers etc.for a backup when power outages occur. Probably just have a couple of AGM auto batteries.
