Hello Dr Sclar. I have been diagnosed with ovarian failure at age 35. Now I am 41 and after having covid in October my period have almost stopped, it's totally irregular, very small quantities, more like stains than period the last times.
Do i have a chance of reversing that situation?
Despite the fact of my diagnosis i gotten pregnant one and a half year ago naturally but unfortunately had a miscarriage at week 9.
I have hashimotos condition and stay the last two years in a region with high air pollution.
Is there a chance of reversing that situation?

That’s was the same thing I was told by a doctor in New York 7years ago…the only way to have a baby is IVF,donor eggs…I didn’t give up and still very hopeful

I am 40 now, from South Africa. I have been pregnant 3 times in the last year. I have had 3 sudden unexplained miscarriages. I have been checked, i have an amazing ovarian reserve as my Dr said. I am regular on my period. I have given birth 2x before. I don't know what to do now, it's heartbreaking to miscarry. Im looking into this asap. I had laproscopic surgery in December of 22 and still have yet to fall pregnant again since my early miscarriage in june of 22. I also have pcos but my doctor's dont have a solid plan for me outside of removing some of my stage 3 endometriosis. If i have not gotten pregnant by December of this year their next resort is ivf. Is this really my only option

Unfortunately in Canada they just don't help. I asked after trying more than 6 months at 37. I was told I had to wait until a year of trying.. so 38 finally get referred. With all the test and finally booking an appt for results, it was already mid 38. They put me on clomid because low AMH and now 39. It didn't work. Now they are pushing for IVF which I can't afford, so disappointed. Can't even book appt with doctor without waiting 2 months. Is there help in Canada like Dr.Sklar? I am fighting this battle alone at this point.

Hello doctor. I am from India. I will be 35 in this december. Got married last year november2021, n got pregnant right away but after 7 weeks i went for check up n the doctor said there is no heaartbeat in the baby so i took it out medically. And after 6 months i got pregnant again but a bad luck, i had ectopic pregnancy at 5 weeks 7 days i had laparoscopic surgery, and so on 7th october i wil complete one month surgery. Now i am taking vacco- L syrup, vehycal tab, well women tab. After the tubal pregnancy till surgery i haven't had my menstrual cycle. So wat can i do now. Can i still get pregnant with only one tube. I saw my doctor today and nothing she told me connected with me, I believe there is something wrong to put every women in world from every ethnicity in one single basket I just cannot get my head around it, how they explain Naomi Campbell pregnant at age 50? something is not right here and I ask the ladies to not loss hope and this is hard for me to say not yes we are all the same and we cannot be put the same, I think maybe those fertility doctors need money or something, in the world we are living now their response make no sense
