If I may make a suggestion, the bass heavy music you use in parts of the video I found to be more distracting than adding to the video, moreover it obscures the most critical part, which is your narration of your point. If it can be tuned down or maybe us something less overbearing vs speech level frequencies it would be highly beneficial as a viewer.

I've come to realize that money is a tool. I like this channel but this prediction didn't age well. Its a year later and there was no crash. We're all so tired of "The End Is Near" predictions. People learn to adapt, overcome and move on, despite the greedy billionaires, crooked politicians and violent street criminals. I do see the importance of being wary and preparing for the worst though and appreciate some of the other comments people have made, so all in all its a win-win.

Obviously he is promoting for real estate industery with benifit (no doubt about that ) but that invesment is also another mistake because of the unpredicted weather of thses days you might lose everything in one unfortunate event of those (a storm or a hurricane or something like that).
If you want to keep your money safe convert it into gold or selver that is a safe choice even if you lose some of its value during its ups and downs in the global market according to the demands and the availability but it is much better choice from cash or from real estate invesment.
