Is it ok for srs. of 70+ or no only for young ones.
I am so proud of myself because, on the first day, I wasn't able to do it; my arms kept falling down repeatedly. But on the second day, I was able to do it without my arms dropping. 💫

ОтветитьI lost 35 lbs that I gained because of Hashimoto's! I am now just getting enough strength to get in shape again I am so degusted bye my body but my arms truly make me feel terrible! I live in Florida and will no longer wear a bathing suit or tank tops! Thank you so much for this work out I just finished my first workout and can truly feel it! I pray with time and they get more muscle I also got Myopathy from Thyroid Disease so I am doubly screwed! So thank you thank you Thank you

ОтветитьStarted this today and completed it without dropping my arms even once. I'm wondering how tf I did it? 😂😂 I'm a beginner and it's been just two months since I started doing workouts watching your videos 😂. I will say that I'm kinda inconsistent because I skip doing anything during my periods which usually lasts for 6-7 days since I'm suffering from endometriosis. Oh yes, haven't started using equipments yet. Let's see how far can I reach.
