I also followed the sam process but tables are not added in Athena dashboard. They are added in below path aws glue ->databases . How can I make this correct

I don't have access to IAM roles and I am not an IAM user, is it possible to do this without using the Glue Crawler or is it possible to create a Glue Crawler without having either of those permissions??

i did all of the steos and my table isnt created i dont know what step im missing any help ?
