They are bad investment, they are signed to a Corp to supposedly pay less taxes. the lawyers of the corporation that signs as owners tell you they need millions of dollars for maintenance of these properties and yatchs. When you stop making music and money as result all your millions of dollars in the bank go for the maintenance, in a few months they tell you you are broke and take everything from you. It is a never ending loop the smart and money oriented countiousness people create for these uneducated thoughs from the street whose only talent is to sing violence in a cool way that attracts other dumm thoughs to listen and imitate.
