How to Fix Facebook App Not Updating News Feed (2023)

My FB on my phone and PC suddenly is not updating any of my stuff. NEWS, GROUPS, ETC. If i goto a group i can see the new stuff, but my main feed is showing the same old feeds and refresh wont do anything. 3 or 4 days old, everything. No new listings. cleared cache etc...Is it a bug?

I never saw you indicate where you clicked on update, smh.
