How To Get Your Worship Team To EMBRACE Change

When is the best time to practice for y’all?

Excellent video! Right now, the main change that I have in mind is to try to get our worship team to rehearse at least once a week...Vocals are required to meet an extra day so that we can be ready for the day of rehearsal when the entire band meets. So far, so good. The worship team has been cooperative. Now, my next goal is to get them to text me if they know for sure that they are not going to be available for rehearsal. This way, I can organize a different "game plan" for the upcoming rehearsal.
