Toyota oem belts for their 4.7 v8 use marks and labels where they go same engine continental belt just runs marks no labels

bro you did the belt way too tight, thats why the spring is there, it tensions itself. generally you just add the tiniest bit of pressure with an allen key, not a ratchet. also put the plastic stuff back on the door, its a moisture barrier. your shits gonna be fogging up like crazy.

Please do the infinity brake light mod, makes your vehicle unique.

You don’t tension the belt with the Allen key. You turn the crank until the spring gets the tensioner to the tightest point then lock it there.

Toyota V6s 1MZ 3MZ Toyota V8s and Toyota Dual overhead cam have marks on the timing belts as well. The ole 4cyl 5sfe didn’t have marks. But that belt was still cake to due.

Mike, a way to test the coil packs is to disconect one click by one. The engine will sound different it means the coil is good. If there is no change, then it's a bad coil.
