2.39 What a splendid car, could it be an early Lincoln ?
ОтветитьRidiculous remake. Everything is phony, first of all, Agnes Moorhead’s acting

ОтветитьYes, what's not to like with Agnes Moorhead and Vincent Price? Wonderful!

ОтветитьCan Bats wear Zoot Suits and still fly ??
Seems like the Shoes would be a problem...
I have watched this wonderful movie several times. I have always enjoyed watching Agnes Moorehead and Vincent Price and it was a treat to see Darla Hood, too.
ОтветитьYo, Feature Films. This movie came out in 1959, not 53. And one more thing, this film was based on the 1908 novel The Circular Staircase by Mary Roberts Reinhardt.
This story was initially adapted as a 1915 silent movie of the same name. But then it was adapted as a Broadway play under the title, The Bat, in 1920.
The stage play version of this story was then adapted for film three separate times. First, it was a silent film made in 1926; it was produced again under the title The Bat Whispers in 1930. Finally, it was then remade as a Vincent Price vehicle in 1959. (⊙︿⊙✿)
I think I saw the silent version of this.
