Dude your cpu is bottlenecking ....I play this on ryzen 7 and 1660 ti max q and imma getting 45+ mostly on medium settings

В нагруженных местах загрузка GPU с горем пополам доходит до 60%. В основном это 40-50%. Очевидно же, что видеокарта способна на большее! Проблема в процессоре.

У Вас какие то проблемы с ноутбуком, я на своём HP с такими же конфигурациями игру прошёл на высоких настройках, без лагов и тормозов.

I can see CPU bottlenecking, the GPU is loaded just up to 75%.

Let me help with you this. The low fps you see is due to CPU bottleneck. This game isn't optimised well for 8 thread CPU.
Happening to me too with my i7-7700k. Other people in comments have 12 thread CPU, so they are able to utilize whole gpu.

Guys go on tremors channel and optimize your pc you can disable thermal throttle. And quite unwanted apps and then you will get the normal performance I recommend overclocking max q

I have 1660ti max-q , i7 9750h and 16gb ram and pretty better than your fps values. I can play on at least 45 fps on lowest graphics

I have the same problem of lows FPS, I don’t know if it’s the laptop or what.

Dell G3 has a design problem. I have G3 1660ti Max-q after 2 minutes playing CPU temp goes up to 100 degree and CPU put a Power throttling limit to system. I solve this problem with undervolt my cpu and limited my CPU Turbobosst as 3.0 GHZ and deleting one Intel Driver which keep computer less than 100 deg. But I'm using MSI afterburner to measure my Temps and they are stable all the time. You can try these solutions but best one firstly you should change your thermal paste with good one. Have a good play :)

Are you using the integrated gpu instead of the dedicated one?

Had you Downvolted the CPU? it will help a lot with the temp/power throttle you suffer (I manage to get mine to -0.150mv). also your ram is not symmetric for double channel at 12GB, a couple of 8GB Hyper x IMPACT with cl15 at 2666 will set you back $80 at most, I got those for my G3... also remember to clean your grill, heat dissipator, and fans at least twice a month. that machine requires it. After that you can try to downvolt the gpu as well to get more thermal legroom, if all that works I would even reduce the frequency of the video memory to give the GPU chip more thermal legroom. I dont have my personal laptop with me as I´m on a business trip, I got also a G3 3590 (forced to travel with my company laptop :@ ), but as soon as I get back home in a week I will test it in mine and get back to you,

The fun part of getting cheap gaming laptops is pushing hardware to work as advertised, and that G3 thermal design is one of the worst/most fun to work on I´m afraid, but the black friday discount was CRAZY right?

I have the 2019 Dell G3 with a 1660ti Max Q would it be better then running this on a Slim PS4?

Did you underclock your cpu ? You are having low fps because of the cpu sitting at 99%

Homie its impossible you got 19fps on low when other people with 1660ti max-q got 45fps on medium

This game have the worst optimization. I have same spec but with 16GB of Ram and also have drops to 15 FPS even on lowest settings. It's a disaster.
