i still love this event not matter what

I can't find the horde wicker event and vendor. It used to be on the surface of Under City pre-BFA. During BFA you could time-warp back with a nearby Chromie, but post 9.25 Lorderon and reviving the city's surface, there's no wicker event, vendors, Halloween decorations or Chromie to rewind time. All halloween NPCs at small locations say the event is held in the evening at UC.

so sad blizzard let's their (once) amazing world events rot by not updating them in over a decade. even so this is hands down the best holiday, just wish they would let it reach it's full potential by putting just a sliver of effort into updating it and other world events.
