I needed a new phone because my S8+ was just shutting down over time on me and many parts of it were going back and I didn't feel like spending 800+ dollars on a phone with a 120hz screen and then outta left field Xiaomi releases this monster of a phone for the price. The biggest downside of the upgrade was the LCD panel and honestly the LCD panel looks so good that it could definitely stack itself up to the AMOLED on my S8+.

I got one of these to have as my budget Android device to have for a bit of media and gaming etc, and it's trash. Plays Cod mobile ok, but the os lags. Going into the Google feed shows this, it's choppy and the scrolling is awful even with the 120hz. Maybe I've been spoilt by the flagship phones lately, but this is going back and I'm getting a OnePlus Nord as my "budget" Android device

All good BUT! The scrolling and swiping drives me crazy. Try swiping with one hand grip on Instagram stories or on Alibaba pictures of a product. I somtimes need 10 atempts. Phone before this was iPhone 8
