This is horrific and not even remotely close to justice being served for these little ones. She probably left the hospital after their births and left them alone to go get high. That’s her pattern. She is an animal. This poor father. Another case of child protective services failing children. This is absolutely horrific what happened to these little ones in that car all alone in the heat like that 😢

i used to be a homeless meth addict. "use meth for days , finally pass out, wake up and look for drugs again" sounds just like my life was, only i didnt have a home to pass out in. i got pregnant in 2019 . ive been clean off meth for 6 years now, moved with my family to another state with my daughter. the father decided he didnt want anything to do with our daughter after 6 years of being together. he chose meth over our baby. I DIDNT. i love spending every day completely sober with my daughter. i even switched smoking cigarettes to vaping for her little lungs , and then used patches to quit nicotine altogether ! i have been sober for a long time now, i wouldnt EVER !!!!!! think of going back to drugs, alcohol, etc . this story was just ..... man .... even more painful to me with my past .... rest in peace sweet girlies .... fcck .... </3

This is one of the things that I think about a lot. I can't stand the thought of my babies (12 yr old boy and 15 months old boy) feeling alone, scared and helpless. I make sure my boys know n feel I'm always right here for them. To like an annoying and spoiled point I'm sure. But I just can't handle the thought of them feeling all alone for a second! So IDK how all these so call "moms" can leave their babies for a few minutes let alone hrs or days on end. It's just not something a real mother would ever do

Australia is soooo hot in November, a miserable hot. Those poor babies. I used to stay with my mum and grandparents in Sydney and it was not unusual for it to get up to 111 degrees.

I think that in many of these cases, the state opts for a plea deal and avoids going to trial because they are lazy and prefer the easier route. This was a murder trial, but the state failed to handle it properly.

Looks like courts and CPS around the world sucks a$$….. so many children gone because of the incompetence of the courts and CPS…. Disgraceful

Australia’s CPS are always backwards! They focus on parents/families that are actually amazing and the horrible/abusive/addiction parents are left to go about their lives 😒 I mean americas isn’t any better …. The amount of stories I have watched actually makes me sick 😢

First, thank you for your incredible effort to make a difference in this wicked world we do live in. I know how difficult it has to be to discover these horrific tragedies over and over again. You are absolutely doing a very commendable job and you are appreciated. That being said, I am baffled by the outcome of this case. So much so that I am going to put myself out here by sharing some ugly truth of my own for comparison. My experience takes place in the United States. Southern California to be exact. I was unfortunately a young mother with a long time meth addiction. I know you have all heard this type of thing before but it is the truth. It is not in any way a means if excusing my poor decisions. I am not at all proud of what I did. Anyways, as I said I had a long time meth addiction but in my personal experience with CPS, my home with my children was always immaculate. Always. My children, always well dressed, well fed, well cleaned, well mannered and very much loved. I had a job and always took my children to school, never had people at our home and always had great days off together. Everything any "normal" healthy happy family does. However, as functioning as I was, I was still an addict and eventually that got around to cps and they came to my home. I was praised for my home and care but after testing positive my children were immediately removed from my life and it was not at all easy to get them back. It was hell. I actually ended up losing everything and fell into a downhill spiral of awful. My children were adopted by my ex sister in law and it took me a long time to get clean after that. So I guess the point I'm trying to make is how insane this child services and law enforcement just pretty much let this situation in this case just happen. I feel they too should absolutely be held responsible for the death of these two babies as well as be held responsible for not putting any effort into helping the mom. I mean that is literally what their job is. I think they are all responsible for the death of these children for sure. I can't even imagine the trauma effect this has on the father and his family and I hope he does succeed in getting some type of actual justice. Thank you again for all you do.

CPS or the equivalent? They can't keep up with the number of children in need. Doesn't excuse their ridiculous and inept decisions where kids are concerned. It's scary to think of how many people with a past who are passed over as being able to foster/adopt kids, even though they are good people, but monsters like this are allowed to have kids/abuse kids. Sick and twisted.
