My dermatologist recommended me (if i remember) tea tree oil on my toe in the morning , and then vicks vapor rub on my toe while sleep at night.

I tried Vicks and it did nothing... Put bleach on a q-tip & rub infected toe in the morning and before bed.. Works like magic but you gotta be persistent. Takes 6 months for a nail to grow fully out.
