yea like mods are good but its really infuriating when you are a mac user like me and all the good mods dont work. and also if you want a theme if the creator didn't complete everything like the guns the vehicles the maps etc it can be very difficult to find mods like the first creator or the same theme if the theme isn't popular good luck finding more mods for it.

You also forgot to mention that there's RavenM, a mod that adds multiplayer functionality.
Of course not every mod works for it, but most of them do!

After 200 hours of Ravenfield and having gotten the game so many years ago, I was surprised when I saw "16 hours ago" on this review. We're so back.

i love that game but i can't buy it ffs

As a modder for this game and longtime member of the community, it saddens me to say that my interest in Ravenfield has died down alot since Steel's progress is notoriously slow (slow might not even be enough to describe it) and the fact that Conquest was cancelled in some parts which was the only gamemode I was truly looking foward to only made it worse. It's a good game with a great community but the developer is sadly not up to the task.

Ravenfield is definitely an enjoyable game, been playing it since Beta 5 and will continue to play it! Definitely needs more attention, especially with RavenM being a thing!
